Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Use

1. Parties

This contract is formed electronically between the seller, whose details are provided below, and the member/buyer using the site.

2. Definitions

  • Member: User who registers on the Site
  • Buyer: User who purchases a product

3. Subject

This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding orders placed by the buyer through the site.

4. Membership and Site Usage

  • The member accepts that the information provided during registration on the site is accurate.
  • Membership information cannot be shared with third parties.
  • The site reserves the right to suspend membership in case of misuse.

5. Product and Price Information

  • Product features and prices are as stated on the site.
  • The seller reserves the right to update price and product information.

6. Order and Payment

  • The buyer accepts the payment obligation when confirming the order.
  • Payment is made using the methods offered on the site.

7. Delivery

  • Products are sent to the address specified by the buyer.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on supply and shipping processes.
  • The seller may send the order through different suppliers.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

For the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must not have been used.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal is not valid in the following cases:

  • Personal and hygiene products
  • Used or damaged products

9. Returns and Refunds

  • The returned product is inspected after it reaches the seller.
  • If found suitable, a refund will be issued.
  • Return shipping fees may be borne by the buyer.

10. Responsibility and Legal Regulations

  • The seller is responsible for ensuring the product is offered in accordance with legal standards.
  • The buyer agrees to use the site in a lawful manner.
  • This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11. Resolution of Disputes

In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

12. Enforcement

The buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract when confirming the order.
